Day 1: Arrival Hanoi

Arrive at HAN airport, meet and greet by the tour guide and transfer to the hotel, early check-in is NOT included and subject to availability at the hotel.

Day 2: Hanoi - full day city tour

Experience the center of the action on a full day city tour. The tour starts at the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which includes the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh's Stilt House, the Presidential Palace (from the outside) and the One Pillar Pagoda. (The mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays and annually for maintenance, typically from June to August. During this time, the mausoleum can only be viewed from the outside).
Afterwards, visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university, which was founded in 1070.
After lunch, return to the Old Quarter with its 36 historic streets and enjoy a ride on a rickshaw, the legendary three-wheeled Vietnamese cyclo, to Hoan Kiem Lake and across the red Huc Bridge to Ngoc Son Temple. On the way, you will pass colonial landmarks such as the Hanoi Opera House and St. Joseph's Cathedral.
Afterwards, visit the old house in Mã Mây Street. This well-preserved house from the late 19th century covers 157.6 square meters and is one of 14 historic houses in Hanoi that are carefully preserved by the city.
The evening is at leisure.

Day 3: Hanoi - Halong

After breakfast and check-out, transfer by driver to Halong for a cruise in the bay.

Day 4: Halong - Hanoi - Flight to Hue

Enjoy the morning in the bay, then return to the port, and transfer back to Hanoi by driver and directly to HAN airport for your flight to Hue.
Arrive at HUI airport, meet and greet by the driver and transfer to the hotel where the rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 5: Hue - Hoi An

After breakfast and check-out, drive to Dong Ba Market, the largest market in Hue, where locals can find everything they need. Continue to the citadel and the associated Forbidden Purple City. A boat trip in a dragon boat on the Perfume River takes you to Thien Mu Pagoda (pagoda of the ancient goddess of heaven).
After lunch, visit the tomb temple of Emperor Khai Dinh, which measures 117m x 48.5m.
Then drive over the Hai Van Pass, with a stop in the beautiful countryside for photos.

Day 3: Hanoi - Halong

Day 6: Hoi An - cooking class & Hoi An Old Town

Today we cycle to the central market in the historic trading and harbor town of Hoi An. Then ride to the vegetable village of Tra Que to learn how to rake, sow, irrigate and pick a field, which is rarely seen in modern agriculture. Of course, it is also possible to take part in the cultivation. A foot massage before the cooking course to relax. During the cooking class, the chef will show you how to prepare traditional dishes, which you can then enjoy.
In the afternoon, discover the old town, which has not lost any of its old-world charm and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999. You will visit the Japanese Bridge, the Fujian and Phuoc Kien assembly halls, the Tan Ky trading house, these ancient buildings are still very well preserved today. The town of silk lamps invites you to stroll around and takes you back in time. There is an opportunity to make a silk lamp or lantern in a workshop.
The evening in Hoi An is at leisure.

Day 8: Hoi An - Danang - Flight to Saigon - Vintage Vespa Street Food Tour

After check-out, transfer by driver to DAD airport for your flight to Saigon metropolis.
Greeted by driver upon arrival in Saigon, and drive to hotel for check-in.
In the early evening, get ready for the SIC Vintage Vespa Street Food Tour, from 18:00 to 22:00. You will be picked up at the hotel and start the adventure with an orientation drive through downtown Saigon, past the famous landmarks, and then take a break at a local café to enjoy a welcome drink and see how life goes from the locals' point of view. Throughout the night, you'll cruise around the city to learn, discover and enjoy a variety of authentic local street food that Saigon has to offer.
Highlights: Free local beer, soft drinks and traditional street food are available on the tour.

Day 9: Saigon - full-day city tour

After breakfast, you will explore the Chinese district of Cho Lon and the Binh Tay market. You can find all kinds of useful and beautiful things at the market. On Thuong Lan Ong Street, you can buy traditional medicine, which consists mainly of herbs whose fragrance cannot be “overlooked”. Visit the sea goddess, who is worshipped in the Cantonese Thien Hau pagoda.
After lunch, visit the History Museum and the Presidential Palace. And just a short walk away are the colonial-style main post office and the neo-romantic Notre Dame Cathedral (closed for renovation, therefore limited visit). On the way back to the hotel, you will pass the Opera House and the Old Town Hall.
The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 10: Saigon - Mekong Delta

Today, you leave the metropolis of Saigon and drive to Ben Tre. You will visit a coconut processing workshop on the canal. Turn into natural scissor streams to get to the village. Take a walk to a family workshop where sleeping mats are made and enjoy some fruits and tea. Ride a motorized cart or bicycle along shady paths past vegetable gardens to feel the real life and learn about the tropical culture of farmers. Ride a sampan along the canal.
After lunch, head back to Saigon.

Day 11: Departure Saigon

Enjoy your last day in Vietnam before the driver picks you up and takes you to SGN airport for your flight home. Late check-out is NOT included and subject to availability at the hotel.
