In May 2025, the hotel debuted as Maritim Resort Calabria with this new brand, but the property has existed since 2019. The all-inclusive hotel offers many different sports and wellness facilities and culinary highlights. Families are also in good hands here, as there is a mini club and childcare for younger guests at the hotel. The Maritim Resort on the Ionian coast is therefore ideal for the whole family.
Location
The hotel is located on a private beach area. Access is via an internal path that leads through a dense pine forest.
Villapiana is one of the most popular seaside resorts on the upper Ionian coast in the province of Cosenza.

The hotel has several pools and plenty of sports facilities. Furthermore, at the Maritim Resort Calabria you will find a theater/cinema with LED screen, a cooking school (for a fee) and a disco.

Children are always welcome at the Maritim Resort Calabria! It is particularly important for parents that suitable services and a dedicated team are on hand to take care of their little ones' needs. Babysitting and childcare are available for toddlers, while a varied entertainment program is organized daily for older children and teenagers, with a wide range of fun activities to choose from.
