The lodge is set within a 10,000-hectare private concession in central Kruger National Park, allowing for exclusive wildlife viewing with few vehicles.

Children Policy:
- Children aged 8 years and older welcome
- Maximum 1 child under 12 per parents’ room
- Children 8–12 allowed on game drives at management discretion

The lodge is not fenced; animals roam freely
Malaria zone – prophylaxis recommended

Guests must pass through Orpen Gate 1.5 hours and Paul Kruger Gate 3 hours before closing; late arrival → no park entry, alternative accommodation required
