In the middle of the ski area, the Aldiana Club Schlanitzen Alm offers the best conditions for a great vacation on the south side of the Alps. After a busy day on the slopes, you can relax in the Welldiana Club Spa or enjoy a drink at the ConnectBar.
Location
The Aldiana Club Schlanitzen Alm is located in the Nassfeld region of Carinthia at an altitude of 1,400 m in the vacation village of Sonnleitn. The nearest town of Tröpolach is 12 km away and Villach train station is 60 km away. The nearest airport is Klagenfurt (KLU), which is approx. 1.5 hours away.
Hotel facilities
In addition to a buffet and specialty restaurant, the Aldiana Club Schlanitzen Alm has two bars, a theater and the Blue Dolphin nightclub. There is also the Flosse Club for younger guests. Free WLAN is available throughout the hotel.
In addition to the evening entertainment, you can also go on excursions, e.g. to Villach or South Tyrol.
Once a week there is an “Aldiana Memories Day” with many special features such as a gala dinner (dress code “elegant”) and evening program.
KIDS & TEENS
Childcare for 2 to 6-year-olds from 09.00 to 20.00, special programs for 7 to 17-year-olds during the vacation season (in winter only after the ski courses in the afternoon and evening)
Note: All programs take place 6 days a week from Sunday to Friday.
Rooms
The Aldiana Club Schlanitzen Alm has a total of 169 rooms. They are equipped with shower or bathtub, WC, hairdryer, make-up mirror, some with balcony, telephone, TV/radio, safe and heating.
We offer the following room types at the Aldiana Club Schlanitzen Alm:
- Double room run of the house
- Double room for single use run of the house
- Double room superior with extra bed run of the house
- Family room run of the house
All rooms are “run of the house” rooms. This means that there is no claim regarding the location of the rooms or a specific room type. Customer requests are not binding.
Board
The hotel offers the following board options: Full board plus
- Buffet restaurant with live cooking stations
- Green Soul Food Corner: healthy and sustainable variety in vegan or vegetarian dishes
- Stüberl: à la carte specialties, for a fee
- Jaus'n time: in the afternoon
- Bars: ConnectBar and après-ski bar, nightclub
Sports & Wellness
The Aldiana Club Schlanitzen Alm has a fitness room with cardio and strength training equipment (access from 16 years). The hotel also offers fitness and relaxation programs and indoor cycling. For a fee, you can also go tobogganing or use the Nassfeld golf course.
If you want to relax after a sports session, you will find everything you need in the WELLDIANA CLUB SPA. There is an indoor pool, panoramic sauna and steam bath and a relaxation room. Various treatments can be booked here for a fee.
In summer, there are several guided hiking tours to choose from. The hotel also offers mountain bike and e-mountain bike rental (for a fee) as well as bike tours.
Winter sports enthusiasts also get their money's worth at the Aldiana Club Schlanitzen Alm. The Nassfeld ski area is the perfect starting point for skiing and snowboarding (courses for children and adults included). There is also a ski service, a ski store and cross-country skiing courses at a local ski school for a fee.
Notes
Children cannot be booked in the Double Room run of the house.
Only one room can be booked per tourist.
The local tax (per person/night from 17 years) is payable on site at the club.
Ski pass is included: Travelers receive the ski/snowboard pass for the Nassfeld ski area free of charge at the reception. For stays of 4 nights or more, arrival and departure days are excluded,
For shorter stays: one day of skiing per night. The ski pass is issued for consecutive days. It is not possible to split days.
Ski and snowboard courses included: Ski and snowboard courses in groups included in the travel price, children's ski courses from 4 years, snowboard courses from 10 years. The courses usually take place from Sunday to Friday. Saturday is the main arrival and departure day, there are no courses on this day. Entry to beginners' courses is only possible on Sundays.
Family rooms: Occupancy of 3 or 4 adults who do not have the same home address is not possible. 1 adult + 3 children will be charged 2 x the adult price + 2 x the child price. An occupancy of 2 adults and 3-4 children is possible on request. The 3rd and 4th child will then also receive the child discount according to the scale in the double room.
Accommodation in an extra bed: Children up to the age of 17 can be booked in an extra bed (sofa bed). An extra bed can only be booked when all beds in the room are occupied. The youngest child will then be accommodated in the extra bed (sofa bed). We strongly recommend that you note the size of the extra beds. The extra beds (sofa beds) in the Aldiana Club Schlanitzen Alm are approx. 90 x 200cm.
An infant does not count as a person and is only possible free of charge in the Superior double rooms.
