Newly built in 2016, this modern hotel in Zaton-Stikovica is located in one of the most beautiful bays in Dalmatia, just 9 km from Dubrovnik's old town.
Location
The transfer time from Dubrovnik Airport is around 30 minutes. Villa Paradiso is located in the picturesque bay of Zaton, only approx. 300 m from the center of Stikovica with a gently sloping pebble beach, a romantic tavern and a pizzeria. The renowned fish restaurant Orsan right by the sea is about a 15-minute walk away. Further restaurants can be found in Zaton Veliki, while a supermarket and boat and canoe rental can be found in Zaton Mali (approx. 40 minutes' walk). The old town of Dubrovnik is around 9 km away.
Hotel facilities
The hotel has 39 rooms spread over 5 floors. Both the rooms and all public areas are fully air-conditioned. A special highlight is the rooftop pool - equipped with sun loungers and parasols - which offers a spectacular view of the bay of Zaton. The pool is open from mid-May to October. Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby as well as in the rooms.
